Default Help Can't Get Tc Unless..

I pass my road test. I failed twice now I'm parnoid that i'm going to fail again. Taking it in NY queens on tuesday. Scared and really nervous. It's kind of good and bad since my first road test I wanted mazda 3 then I failed and changed my mind then I wanted a VW Jetta then I failed and changed my mind now I want a TC so hopefully it will lead to a pass. Anyone get anything to stop me from being so nervous, parnoid. Like I'm not scared to drive. I'm scared to fail and I wind up failing and feeling like ____.

go on a date with miss michigan before you take your test

is there a park or anywhere there aren't many cars? I taught my g/f how to drive stick and parallel park, and reverse parking in our little park with empty roads and open parking lots.

in ohio we have to do "maneuver ability" which is driving through a set of cones front and reverse.. I think that might be easier than parrallel parking.. as for the road test i just drove like a grandpa and totally stopped at each sign and made slow and perfect turns. I think i was a lot more nervous than i needed to be considering it wasnt really that hard now that i look back on it. How many times can you fail without having to retake the written test? here its 4.

hey all u gotta do is just make sure u got very slow and make COMPLETE stops for at least like 2 -3 seconds and ANYTIME you make any sort of turn give it a turning signal. ez as pie you can do it. there is no penalty for overdoing safety at the driving test.

I sort of agree... while you may have failed for a couple little things (opposed to hitting something), are you sure you're ready for a brand new car? I can only assume you're not paying for this?

Yeah, I got a permit when I was 15 too. When it was time to get my license, I drove myself there and my mom met me there in her car. I wasn't nervous, so I guess I don't really have any advice. The first time I drove a car I was 9. (Looking back I don't think it was the best idea, but my mom did at the time.)

My brother failed the driving test recently. There is an intersection right infront of the DMV that is rather complicated. When my brother took the test, he asked the instructor if he should stop at a certain spot. She did not respond so he kept going. At the end, she told him he should have stopped, but should have known what to do and not need to ask questions if he was going to be driving by himself. I personally don't think my brother is a very good driver and should get more practice before getting a license. He also refuses to get glasses or contacts which would help him a lot.

Are you nervous about driving, or just the test specifically? If you're nervous about driving in general, you may need more practice. If you're nervous about the test, just, um... relax.
