Bolt On Tune?

Bolt On Tune?
So I bought this tC with Headers and and Intake system and Full Custom Exhaust.
I'm aware a tune won't do much power wise, but when accelerating it feels like the car hiccups a bit do to the air/fuel ratio.
Is it needing a tune or should I replace something?
Need help.

A hesitation in throttle response is generally an issue with an ignition coil/plugs. Not sure the setup on the Gen1 tC,
but I'd start by giving the throttle body and MAF sensor a good cleaning and make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks before spending any money.
If that doesn't help then pull the plugs and see how they look and check the ignition coils for any hairline cracks.
As far as tunes go I think the only viable option is to run a custom tune from a Unichip, but those are super hit or miss.
