K&N vs. Weapon R
Ok so i did the header wrap on the intake pipe of the SRI. Seems to have a huge difference, but i just did it saturday, so give me a few more days of drivin around and i'll see if its all in my head or if its actually doin something. My opinion so far is that it has more power in the low rpm's and way better thottle response, and a LOT more power in the high rpm's. But I'll wait til later this week after i do my normal weekly driving patterns and see if i notice anything, and then i'll let you guys know. So far it seems good.
This may be a good additive to all intakes, k&n , injen, etc.

looking through this thread for info and advice about getting a SRI for my '11 tC. Seems to be that Weapon R is not a great choice by consensus here, and I am leaning toward K&N SRI. I know CAI are much better for performance, but I do not feel like dealing with rain that I get pretty often in my area.
