Lights turn off automatically when you remove key?

yeah I like that feature too.....
My '03 Mazda 6 had that but the lights would turn off 30 seconds after the keys were taken out....I liked it like that better...but nontheless I like how the tC has it

I'm not a fan of daytime running lights. Cuz when a bulb burns out and you're down to one headlight (that looks really lame!) there's no way to turn your lights off until you get it fixed. Just a pet peeve of mine.

I had a diamante! They are Mitsubishi's best kept secret. It's almost like driving a 3 series Beamer.
Back on topic, is my car the only one that doesn't do this? My lights stay on after I remove the key but they turn off as soon as I open the door.

Mine turn off with the door too, not with the key. I used to drive around with my lights on all the time, but now that I have a nav system with day and night mode based on headlights I just turn headlights on at night. I know I can override the day/night mode but it's more of a hassle than just turning the headlights on or off.
