hey all

got a reinforced rear subframe back yesterday... put energy suspension subframe bushings on, put rear suspension back together, just finished rotors / parking brake adjustment...

just venting - this build stage has been one thing after another - broken bolts (could extract one, had to drill and tap another), busted welds, frozen bolts, etc etc etc

But hey, at least it is 65 degrees and beautiful (albeit dark) outside...

Almost finished with this build! ha!

Damn i wish it was warm enough to finish putting some parts on my car....

Although I was down in my buddies basement building a head...

Every try PB blaster for frozen, rusted bolts?

 

PB, torch, impact wrench, tnt ... ... ok, well, no tnt. finally had to use a nut splitter and jury rig a ball joint press to get one bolt out...

your making it even harder to be in new jersey right now, thanks.... i am from the bay area and the moved to jax beach.... joined the mil went to idaho and am now in a freezing state of nj... i miss that weather down there!!! good luck on the build and make sure to post up pics...
