Default Mud Guards

I can't really compare because I didn't have my car long before installing the mudguards, but if the mud and dirt stuck on the mud guards is any indication of how much dirt its deflecting, then yes it works. It's a simple, fairly inexpensive change so I think it was worth it and adds an accent to the wheel area. Just note that you can't use mudguards with the current body kit.

I meant the body kit you can buy to add on to the stock setup. Mudguards can definitely be installed on stock.

The mudguards won't keep your car a lot cleaner, but it will keep rocks from chipping your paint on the rockers, doors and behind the rear wheels.

Yes, they work on the stock tC, as long as you don't have the factory accessory body kit.

Default Installing

Are they easy enough to install yourself? $50 cheaper online than at dealer.

I guess there are no mud flaps for those of us who have the body kit. Which sucks.
