Where is Everyone at?
OK, I'm new, having only bought my 2005 Scion tC about 10 months ago. I'm surprised there isn't a more active tC chat . I really had no idea there was so many variations for the tC. And at 54 yrs old I'm not as hip as I should be in regards to finding these kind of groups or forums. I got my little tC for just over a $1,000 cash. And it was in rough shape and if I knew where it would be in just 10 months time I would have taken some pictures of how bad it was to now. I did everything myself. From the suspension, exhaust, paint, brakes, intake, slapped on some fogs and redid the interior with leather race seats and racing belts. I even did the wrap on the hood , I just ordered a toll and I gotta admit it came out pretty damn nice.. now what? I live in San Antonio Texas, and I really haven't seen another tC that I could consider hanging out with. No Clubs? None around .. bummer. I guess I'll just be the Lone Ranger for now. Welcome SixxgunJohnny, great looking tC and good work. I too recently picked up an '06 that is in excellent condition except for the locked up engine, lol... I think the tC is a great looking car especially when modded.
I'm in the process of tearing it down and rebuilding. Mine is stock in the looks department for now. As soon as I get the engine rebuilt I plan to tackle the suspension next.
So you have any further plans for it? 5 speed or Auto?
