My Input Shaft Bearing gone

theres no much details cause I bought the car used.
Is a 2005 with 27500 miles. 5 spds,
I start hearing the noise as soon as I got the car ( Im not in USA).
I went to mechanic after a week, because every time I used my 3rd gear and press gas pedal over 3k revs the tranny spit the gear to neutral. so the mechanic told me that there is a very low level tranny fluid and what he did was drain the fluid and refill it with new fluid (I dont remember the brand) also I changed the front brake pads and he double check tie rods, control arms etc, all suspension components looks good.
After the refill fluids the problem with the 3rd never happend again but the noise is consistent and loud so I went to another mechanic and the other guy told that looks like input shaft noise.
Noise is only present when I dont have the clutch press (car running ) and dissapear if I press the cluth, noise is like metal vs metal. as I know if the pilot bearing went out the noise will be present at the time I release the clutch and there is no noise when the car is running,

Yeah, exact same symptoms as my car, definitely the input shaft. How much are you being quoted to fix it?
Also are you located near any dealerships (I'm assuming you're in Canada or PR) and is the car under warranty? I believe (not absolutely sure) that the 05s had the same 5 year/60k mile warranty as the 06+.

Im looking for what I need (parts) but I dont have any quote yet.
No I´m not at CAN or PR. I´m in Central America. and the car is not under warranty.
What I thought is to buy parts from camry tranny E351 (I´m not sure if they share part nunbers) from local dealer in case I dont find parts online.
input shaft bearings are seal or open type. ?
What if I drain the actual tranny fluid and fill it with Redline MT90 ? Is less expensive than open the tranny.
