Default No Scions in Canada?!!

Hey guys, this is my first post so be nice. I decided that my first car is going to be a Scion tc. But when i went to my Toyota dealer he said that they dont carry them. I asked if they could order one from the states. He said that they wouldnt pass saftey up here. So then I thought of going down to Minneapolis or something and pick one up. But he said i wouldnt be able toin Manitoba. Is this something stupid like day-time running lights, or something i could do in the shop over a weekend, or are my dreams of a scion never gonna happen?

Sorry, yea, Scion is a USDM-only thing. You can import one if you really want, but that might be a bit complex. I don't think you'll really need to convert any of the gauges or anything, since kph is also written.
