painted rims -blue or gunmetal

Painting your rims is cheap and, IMHO, ricey as hell. If you MUST color your rims, do it right and powdercoat them.
In response to your actual question, the gunmetal looks 1000 times better. The blue screams "my last car was a Civic."

painting rims is budget friendly, you would be surprised on how many people actually paint their rims and you are non the wiser.. i dont think its ricey unless you paint your rims like yellow or orange and looks bad.... do a clean job, and if no one can tell.. even better, no one knew my black rims were actually painted by me, did they look ricey??? nope, they looked good, why? cuz i did a good job, and obviously not everyone that saw my car in my post thought my car was ricey... they just called it the batmobile, darth vaders car and knight rider lol
if you were to paint blue.. get a really DARK DARK blue.. like the Volk te37 Mags.. those are soooo blue but soo nice and sooooo expensive..
