Thinking about buying some.. but would like to see USER pictures (Not Toyota) of them.. And how does everybody like them? Quality and Fitment?

They're excellent... quality and fitment are 100% (if you can put a percentage to such things).

Sorry I don't have any pictures, but I know there are pictures in the threads about them around here... maybe they're gone by now though

Hmm, I just put mine on 2 days ago. I'll have to take some pics when it stops raining outside. I like them a lot. Fitment is great, quality it great too.

Diversion - TRD Sparks is the best price I've found on the internet.

The quality seems to be preety high and that add a nice touch to the car.

i really want to get it but i am trying to save money..

they do look nice.. i was just wondering just how hard is it to remove the stock ones?? i'm guessin they are just glued down??

All you need to do is lift them up. no glue.

yup, they're just pretty weak clips

just make sure you put the other sills on the right way (they have adhesive) otherwise ... well... your friends will make fun of you :P
