Default To trade in or not to trade in..

I need some help. lol. I've got a 2006 tc, with 35k on it, and ive put A LOT into it. My list as of now is this, I/H/E, wheels and tires, coilovers, sway bars, strut bars, brakes, dvd player, speakers, subs, corbeau seats, remote starter. The car is in pretty good condition, has a few dents in it, and some interior wear and tear. My two options are to either trade in, get a new one and start from scratch, or .....fix the exterior and interior wear and tear, repaint the car, do some more work to it. I figure if i traded I'd get probably around 14k, but on the other hand it would be cheaper to keep what i have... but with 36k on the car, is it really worth it to spend the money ?Thanks for the help..

you say you got I/H/E, but your signature says you have the ZPI Stage 0. Which one do you have?

I say who cares how much money you put into your car. Sporting up cars is fun and is always nice to take on a new challenge. Get the car your going to be happy with and move on with new mods.

Have Fun!

If you trade it, strip it back down to stock before you do. You can make a lot more money off the parts separately.

If your tranny is "falling on its face" then def. trade it in you can do all the work you want but that tranny is going to be expensive to fix!

most def. You've seem to have done a good bit of work already to the car though. I dunno, I'm attached to mine so I'm not gonna trade it in ever hopefully, but if you are willing to transfer things over to the new model so you get the 5spd, then you also get the oil squirters and stuff with the motor. Kinda a tough choice for you I guess.

yeah most def. One of the big things is I kinda have this "vision" I'd like to accomplish, if i got a new one it would be super white, and I really want to do this whole black and white thing...no chrome or anything, just black and white...dunno just love how clean that looks...so i dunno i might go to the dealer and see what i can find

36,000 miles is not mucb at all. Honestly, in your situation I would keep the car and fix what ever you want fixed.

It is a Toyota, even at 100K it would still be worth spending the money.

This will be up to you. You will take a hit pricewise trading in for another new car. Search for Panda tC's to see how good black and white can be. I would say the only reason to trade in for a new car is if you want the 5-speed. Otherwise, you have a good amount in this car and you can keep going with it.

Well seems God answered my questions in his own...special way....Someone decided to take a chunk out my driver side door all the way back to the wheel...plus eff the wheel all the mess up...while I was PARKED! of course they didn't leave any info...obviously, so I guess the tC is staying
