1. Not everyone who criticizes something is a "hater"
2. Don't take stuff so personally. Its just a car. They're not calling YOU a loser or anything.
3. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
4. "Hater" is such a ebonics term that got popular with all the rappers.... If you're not a black rap star , don't use it.
5. "Hater" refers to someone being jealous of said object....NO ONE is jealous of Scions......
that said, i do agree, there are a lot of whiny kids complaining about stupid pointless stuff. It detracts from those of use with REAL valid issues.

I'm not taking it personally, I love the car, I just feel like, if you dont like the car dont buy it and stop complaining about things that arent really problems.

it is a bit short, even my dad was wondering "wtf?" when he took a ride in it with me once. get's annoying sometimes coming off a red light and having to switch gears when i haven't even gotten halfway through the intersection.
"The doors are really long and heavy"
don't think they're too long, but they are damn sure heavy. i know because i now have the tendency to not fully close doors of other cars since when closing mine i just have to give the door a slight nudge and the weight takes care of the rest of it.
"The tC is really heavy and handles like poop on stock suspension"
i cant say anything regarding stock suspension since i've never driven on fully stock suspension, but it IS quite heavy. top heavy especially because of our all glass roof.

i agree with SePaTc, i think they're more whiners rather than haters. I think people get too caught up in what the tC is NOT rather than what it is. when it comes down to it, you've purchased a three door econobox, not an all out sports car. if you really have that much of a problem with such things that you have to go out and complain over and over again. you should have researched more because you've bought the wrong car.
i'm not saying it cannot be made faster/light/more agile with some modification, just don't expect M3 (first car to pop into my head) performance out of a sub $25k car bone stock.

YES! i hate when people ask me how to open my 2nd sunroof. i had a toyota truck with a sunroof and it was standard cab and it just popped up it didnt slide back. people asked me why it didnt slide back and im like dumbass if it slid back it would be hangin off the back of the cab over the bed of the truck!
