Default Weapon R throttle controller question???

I know it does not increase HP. I want it just for fun and too liven up the driving experience on my 07 scion tc automatic with full catback exhaust. I have read the reviews and people seem to really like it.

My question is if at %30 throttle it can make it %50 on sport at 100% or when the car is having the peddle pushed all the way down can it be %125 throttle or is this impossible? In other words with it on sport mode will the time in each gear indirectly shift quicker due to wider open throttle? Can it indirectly increase the 0-60 time on a automatic? Can it make the car indirectly shift into the next gear quicker due to the throttle being open more causing the rpms to go up to the point where the automatic shifts? I really want quicker car not necessarily faster if you understand what I am saying. Sorry if this sounds confusing

Either way product looks like it will be fun and on econ mode could save some gas/make snow driving a bit easier.

Also how much time/$ to install I took it to my mechanic he said at least $45 to install or more depends how long it takes.

Any other tips/etc.

Thanks
Oh and if you hate the device and don't have anything constructive to say just keep it to yourself and don't waste my time. Looking for tips/advice not flamers.

If someone could explain briefly how it works that would be great. Since in my head more open throttle means more air+gas at a faster speed is this correct?. Seems like it could give me that boost for passing faster than stock

maybe im thinking of something different but since our car is driven by a fly-by-wire system, I always thought it too some "slop" out of it. Like for example there is a brief amount of gas pedal travel before it really kicks in. To my knowledge this controller just makes the gas more responsive..if that makes sense?

Kind of so it basically makes it more responsive?

In theory from the time the cars moving to 60 would not increase but from the time your foot hits the pedal to 60 could increase? Anyone who has it installed can you verify?

You most likely wouldn't feel a difference when mashing on the pedal from a stop, this is more for precise driving where you want an immeadiate response. So no actual performance gains here. The best possible time to feel the difference on your automatic would be when you're cruising in automatic and then you get on it for whatever reason, you would reduce that time where the automatic transmission is deciding if you want a little or a lot of throttle.
