THANK YOU!

I brought that up in the Pacific NW forum and everyone's like "Oh you can change the color" "It'll come out"...

I'm sure it can, but WTF IS IT FOR?!?! lol

I stuffed one of my fleece gloves back in there for a quick fix. I just could not stand seeing that light out of the corner of my eye while I was driving at night!

Its geared like its got 4.10's or something. Im sick of shifting into second less than halfway through an intersection. Is rather have a lower final drive ratio than a 6th gear.

One of the 1st things I did was pull out the cubby hole light.

gotta agree with the door pockets and that stupid light in the cubby hole. However, for 16K and change, it rocks. The more wax I put on it, the beautiful it is.

Yeah. I'm 6' and it's way high... kinda cool at times to have it higher up... I can vent with a middle finger and they won't see it ;) but yeah, a little awkward

omg ... just reach behind the console and take the bulb out... you dont have to stick anything what so ever to hide it. If it bothers you reach behind it... wiggle some wires... and pull on it. Pull the bulb off and push the wire back in. You can change the bulb also ( #75 bulb). I changed mine to blue. Cuz i myself could not stand that stupid like either.

behind the console? is it because theres a lot of wires? if so then i could wait when I install my tv and ps2 and have the installers do it for me.

The cubby hole light, "cruise" display on the instrument cluster, and high beam indicator are all too bright, but that is very minor. On the door height, it kinda sucks when you're at a bank drive-thru and you have to either open the door, or lean out of the door to get to the little teller call thingy. Oh yeah, there should be a hatch release button on the key too.

Lack of passenger seat memory, amber dash and "cubbyhole" lights, and gearing is too high. Instead of 3000 RPM at 65MPH... maybe 2800 at 65 at least. Oh, and of course POWER. 10-15 more HP stock would be nice.

yeah passenger seat memory would be nice. Im tired of fixing that when ever i drop off passengers. and the amber dash is just old school...but i think its better than red which my friends jetta has.

I'd MUCH rather have an amber dash than red. A while back I had actually wanted to get a Pontiac Aztek, but upon seeing the red interior lights (that was IT) I didn't buy it Speaking of dash lights, if I ever wanted to change them, is it FAIRLY EASY, or is it a big ol pain in the ___?
