If Scion is like toyota... the 07 will have minor cosmetic changes. From what I've seen Every 2yrs toyota does a minor update (i.e. new grille and taillights) and every 4 is a redesign... They've followed that pattern for the Rollas, the Camry's and the Matrix. and the rav4 (i think it went 5 years the last time though).

Why don't you just post these elusive pics you have or call up your friend and tell him to come over for two minutes so you can snap some pics. It is simple, it will prove your argument, and you will be the first to post new pics of the 07 tC. Personally, I think you are misinformed and your friend is lying to you. But get some proof and I will believe you.
