What does Garage is empty, Add now mean?

My 2005 Scion tC washer fluid hose broke and I want to fix it cheaply as possible. Does anyone know what size (diameter the hose is?) I figured I could run my own line instead of buying one from a dealership..Thanks guys

Take your old line off, and then bring it to an auto parts store. They'll hook you up.
