Alignment problem
 

So i took my tC to an alignment shop after i had installed my tein s-techs, just cuz you need an alignment after you drop your car...So once i got my car back i noticed it still pulled to the right. I went back right away and was like, "its pulling to the left". They then told me it was maybe the tires that needed to be replaced or rotated. At that time i didnt have "good" tires, so i went and bought new tires to see if that was the problem. I drove off and it still pulled to the right. so obviously i went back to the alignment shop and told them i got new tires and its still pulling to the right. They checked it and said "we did whats possible". idk waht else can it be? struts?? shocks?? or what?

Are the tires balanced?

They probably don't realize that there are adjustments on your new struts that are not on the original struts. Double check your installation and make sure things are all in the right place and if possible get the angles of the caster and camber from the alignment shop so you can see what is out of alignment.

i didnt replace the struts...and yea the tires are balanced.

how many miles are on the car?

at what point does your car pull to the right? like only after a couple hundred feet? cars are designed to pull to the right for safety reasons

if its wheel balance problem, when you go over 70mph, your steering will be shaking, that means is a bad wheel balancing job. If it pulls to the right eventhough you have your steering straight, then its a alignment problem, try it on a straight pave road, drive it around 25-35mph and let go of the steering wheel to see if it pulls to the right, then step on the gas a little bit to see if it still pull to the right, if problem persist...that means those guys are not professional enough to do alignment work for modified cars, if you lowered your car, you need a camber kit for the front and rear. Then you take it to a place where they specialize alignment work for modified cars....and dont take it to those cheap ___ places where those technician who are bunch of young kids because they do not have enough experience. BTW...do you live in California near the bayarea (San Jose or San Francisco), if you do...I can refer you to a shop where you can get a professional alignment work in which you will be very satisfy with it.

ooops, you are in sounthern california, man I can't do anything. The shop is in Northern california. Well......you have to look in the web to see if theres anyone that perform a professional alignment work on lowered vehicle in your area.

Ok you lowered the front end with shorter springs. What did you unbolt and were there adjustments on the bolts that you loosened. Next would be to jack it up letting the wheels drop and measure the camber then measure it on the ground and see if it is changing unevenly on the right and left sides. Make sure your axles are floating properly throught out their travel also. Tire offset can also affect the pull on the front end.

get a copy of your alignment sheet and post it up here for us to see...... can give better guesses once that is posted up..
