Default Front brakes squealing while driving?

Well, I don't know whether it's the brakes, the rotors, or the brakes and rotors all together.. but while im coasting, on or off acceleration, i hear my brakes squealing. it isn't annoyingly noticable. im not even pressing on the brake pedal. pressing on the brake pedal makes the brakes really squeal though. any suggestions?

You could take your wheels off and look at the pads. I think they are supposed to make that sound when they are worn out.
