Default Just installed rotors, Rear passenger side squealing LOUD

So I just got finished replacing the the rotors, and pads all the way around, and the front calipers (sliding pins were frozen) Everything went good, until I got the rear rotors. First off they were VERY hard to get off. Anyway my question is, when I was installing the rear passengers side rotor, I noticed that it didnt turn when I took it off with the impact wrench. Also after I put the new rotor on (they are StopTech D&S rotors F&R), and the caliper it was still hard to turn that wheel...So after I bleeded all the lines and got everything put back together I took the car around the block and it was loud as hell. The noise was definitely coming from that rotor and that rotor only. It, not so much a squeal but more so like there is something stuck and rubbing constantly as the rotor is turning. It's like a metal on metal type sound. There is no vibration however though and everything feels smooth and normal. It's just very noisy, both when your just driving and not using the brakes, and when you use the brakes. What could possibly be the cause of the noise?

Did you readjust your parking brake? New rotors will have a slightly different drum housing for the parking shoes. It's ok if they rub slightly (mine do anyway), but the rotor should still be easy to turn.

Hey thanks. It wasnt the E brake, it was piece of metal that the rotor sits up against that was rubbing the inside of it. Bent it back and everything is fine.

after using hammer and chiesel to bang those spot back. Thanks to tc-guy for the idea.

I hate those stupid dust shields. Mine warped too and was grinding against my stock rotor.

I put on extended studs today and now one of my rear rotors rubs like crazy on something, I think the parking brake. I can barely spin the rotor when it's attached while the other side spins perfectly. It's not the caliper since I haven't put that on yet. Any suggestions for what might have gone wrong or how to adjust the parking brake?

I have used a pair of Vise Grips pliers and a 3 lb. hand sledge hammer, cold chisel
to 'adjust' it in place:
