Are my springs installed correctly?
Is there a way to tell if my TRD springs were installed correctly without taking it apart? I mean just by looking at it.
The reason I think it may be sitting wrong is because the passenger front is higher than the drivers side front. I don't want to take it back to the shop to have them fix it if I can just look at it and know whether it is correct. |
Check finger gaps for front and rear.

sounds normal when they sit like that idk y they do that they just do
|
If you look at it from the passenger side it looks bad cuz it is a 1 finger gap in back and 3 finger gap in front. The drivers side is more even.

are u parking at a level surface?

mine took a good couple weeks to settle after i got them done. Even now the back is lower than the front, but most people who have trd springs say that, and i think its supposed to be like that. (not sure bc my sub box weighs a ton so that is def part of it too)
|
I got them installed a month ago so I think they are probably done settling.
|
well i put my hotchkis springs in 2 weeks ago and the front still hasn't settled a hair, i think the cold might be part of the reason. everything is stiffer when it's cold.
|
I would take it back to the dealer and let them check it.
