Exclamation One Wheel Does Not Turn !

So my tC has about 112K on it. It is a stick shift.

It was not being used over the winter and last week i tried to move it and noticed a weird issue. It seemed to have some resistance while trying to drive it ..Turns out that the rear left wheel is stuck and does not want to move.

One thing is that i know it was getting time to replace the rear rotors/brake pads. They have about 35000 miles on them. I normally replace them at 20K or so but the brake sign did not come on or there was no noise when applying brakes.

Any ideas what is going on ? It has the stock brake lines and calipers. I have only changed the rotors/brake pads.

I would like to see if i can troubleshoot it myself before having to tow it to my mechanic.

Also, the car is on the street so i would prefer to atleast see if i can get it to move temporarily so i can move it to the garage. Do not want to work on it on the street ! :--)

I looked at the wheel and it seems that there is no gap between the caliper and rotor. Not sure why this happened
