well seeing as how i bought my jic's for only 1500 and the place i got em from was selling the ssp's for 1400 thats not much of a difference. and having used different brands does help in a way because you will somewhat know what to expect out of the performance i know it's not exactly the same for every vehicle im not an idiot. i'm a time attack racer and i've used many different vehicles none to which was the same as the other. but can you honestly say you've used both jic and tein on your tc? have you ever used jic before? i never said i used em on the tc i was giving feedback on the brand itself and i never said anything to lead you otherwise. i guess i coulda made it more clear what i was talking about but i didn't think that was necessary.

and the spring rate is only higher in the front. jics are 8kg/8kg and teins i believe are 7kg/10kg. and from what i've read the d2's you can get custom spring rates between 3kg-22kg

good to know, jics and teins arent too far from each other.. should just be a use preference.. last time I checked you can have custom spring rates from tein too, i think its around 90-100 each spring

You can have custom spring rates for just about any top brand suspension company. JIC offers custom spring rates as well. Chris Rado used JIC on his first time attack tC with stiffer spring rates. Any who, Tein is still my advice to you Matt.

Tein gets my vote. For the price range they make some of the best suspension products I have used.

Not true. The Tein SS-P is EDFC compatible so you can install the motors and adjust them from inside the car.

I just removed a complete set of Tein SS-P with EDFC last night from a customers car and put his stock stuff in, he didnt want to worry about the snow.

Yup they are compatible and the only way you can get edfc on the tC! Don't know why you would swap stock suspension back in for snow, just raise it up! ...or be like me and borrow my dad's truck for the winter while they are south for the winter
