is it worth getting used springs?
 
ive heard that getting parts second hand arent worth it but how about springs? i saw someone selling Teins used at a good price and wanted to no if its worth getting them...dont no how many miles on them yet but im guessin this guy was tradin his tC for another car....he mentioned they are 2 inch drop all around so im guessin they mite b H-techs but am not sure. thanks for your responses.

How much is a good price? If it's a REALLY good price and they appear in good condition, go for it.

No Teins are 2" all the way around though. Both S and H drop quite a bit more in the front.

s techs are green and h techs are bronze-ish. springs should be fine to buy used if they haven't been rode on for too many tens of thousands of miles..

It's pretty hard to damage a spring, unless it's all rusty and stuff I'd say go for it.

getting parts second hand ftw. sorry, but i've saved so much money on so many parts. what your friend says is not always true.

i guess it all depends on the parts.. but like everyone said springs are something that usually is hard to damage. On the other hands even new they are fairly affordable and i'd buy new ones...

I'm riding on TRD's and i like them, not too low and give nice agressive stance.
