If they were advertised to fit your stock lugs and wheels, see if your credit card company has a buyer protection plan. You might be able to finagle a refund.

Your Correct Lug Nut Size is M12x1.5

IF you are looking for Spiked Lug Nuts, Check Out:

SickSpeed Ultra High Performance Lug Nuts and Wheel Accessories

I have the beautiful Black Tuner Nuts w/ Orange Spikes for my 2015 tC2.5 RS9:

They come in Different Colors and are only $11.88 for a 4 pc Set.

And as 62Fender recommends, see if you can get a Refund on the Wrong Nuts.

Toyota uses a mag seat lug for their wheels. AFIAK there are no mag seat spiked lugs available on the market. If you want spiked lugs, upgrade your wheels to some that accept acorn lugs.

What you're reading that they're compatible is probably the thread pitch (i.e. 12x1.5mm) but the seat is not correct for the factory wheels so they can not safely be installed.
