Any clearance problems with 225's?

Just wondering if there are any clearance issues if I switch from 215's to 225's on my 06 Tc with 17" wheels and stock suspension. Have a chance to pick up some Michelin 225-45Z-R17 Sport AS Plus tires at a discount where I work. Thanks for any replies.

stock suspension? you could put monster truck tires on and it wouldnt rub or have any issues. :icon_biggrin:

Lol this^ 225s will be fine. thats actually what I run on a daily basis when I'm tucking. Little more comfy haha

Thanks for the answer. I didn't think there would be any problems but better to ask now. You are right though about the monster truck tires. That extra clearance is nice in the winter in a deep snow. Looking for some suspension changes this spring.

225's will be fine even if lowered! Slammed not sure. Depends on wheel size. But you should be fine! 215 is tiny width. There is plenty more room.
