No, actually; I think yours look well done and don't make it seem like you're trying too hard to achieve the look like a lot of the other examples in this thread.

this is going to sound like im a hypocrite, but i hate konigs. a lot. and i personally think the unknowns are pretty ugly. im on konigs cause i couldnt stand the curb rash on the oem rims and i picked these up w/ tires for 400.

Just curious, but it might be a stupid Q? What is the point of stretching the tire???

I hear ya, everyone has there own taste and these are the wheels my wife liked after looking for a week so thats what we got, I dont think they look bad but if it was my car I would have gone with something else, not sure what but something with more lip for sure

of and to answer the stretched question I think most people do it for looks but in our case we had a problem with the 19x8 with the 235-35 rubbing even though the offset was high in that wheel and Konig said they would be ok and we shaved the fender lip down some but it still rubbed with the 1.5 inch drop in the rear....so to keep it from rubbing I just added a little more negative camber -1.2 If I remember correctly is where it is set and that helped the rubbing but it makes the inner tire wear pretty bad so I wanted to go with the Nitto NeoGens to help with that and they only come in a 245-35-19 or 215-35-19 so seeing as the 235 would almost rub with the current set up I figured the 245 would rub so I got the 215, make sence?

Not a stupid question at all, others probably wonder the same but are afraid to ask.

In this case it's just appearance, because some people like they way it looks.

From a practical perspective, you'll see most pro drift cars are stretched a bit too, but that's for improved performance. It results in quicker "turn-in" steering response.
Normally when turning it takes time for the tire to follow the wheel due to sidewall flex, but when it's stretched such that the sidewall can't flex as much, the response time improves.

Hope that answers your question.
