replace hub or lugs. how hard and whats entailed?
so convienently, when i was driving down the freeway today, my car started to shake like crazy, and when i pulled over, i decided to pull over more. when i pulled over more bad stuff happened so i left my car where it was.
After looking around trying to find out what happened, i couldn't figure anything out. I was walking away, and found a lugnut on the ground with the lug stud still in it because it snapped.
If i just have to replace one stud, is that possible? or do i have to get a whole new hub?
What all do i have to do in order to do either one? It's dark and on the side of the freeway so I won't be able to look at my car until tomorrow to see what the real damage is.
thanks in advance.

Wheel stud replacement isn't too hard. Is it for the front or rear? It'll cost a couple of bucks at the dealership for one. There's a tutorial of when one went to extended wheel studs showing the process.
Shows the process here, kind of, and also left out torque specs to tighten the bolts for the rear hub and calipers. I listed that in another thread.
