Default Tire size on 18x8 +35 with extreme drop

I'm currently running 225/40/18s on my 18x8 and 18x9 wheels. The rears have a tiny bit of stretch, but with the camber i'm running I wil be able to drop it down to the rim without much rubbing. The problem is the fronts are a bit beefy, so I'm trying to find a good size tire for the fronts when I install the BC extreme drop kit coilovers. I want to be able to drop the front with just a tiny bit of top tire showing. What should I do? Thinking either 205/40/18 or 215/35/18. What are the opinions? Also about the run a 5mm spacer in the front after I get new tires.

Thanks !!

215/35/18 is a common size thus it costs less than 205/40.

Not really worried about the price, for some cheapo tires I fond about a 20$ difference between the two. I want what will allow me to minimize rubbing the most while still being able to drop it very very low.
