Are 2012 tC and 2015 Tail lights and Headlights interchangeable?

Default Are 2012 tC and 2015 Tail lights and Headlights interchangeable?
Hey guys forgive me but I have searched everywhere before I posted this, I'm new to Toyota but my girlfriend has a 2012 tC.
I wanted to know if the 2015 tail lights and headlights were interchangeable or at least bolt up? Attached is a picture of her car and mine thank you!

No, they are Not Interchangeable. They are Different Generations:

tC1= (2005-2010)
tC2= (2011-2013)
tC2.5=(2014-2016)
