yea theyre not bad but the quality is the only thing in question...

 

Yeah. My dad bought ebay headlights for his old car and the only thing that was bad were the bulbs in them. The housing is good and they have held up really well. They look better than stock too.

 

I am digging the led lights. But I already spent way to much on VLEDs Platinum bulb I'll have to see how these look on our tC's in person before I dive in and spend more on cosmetics

Turn signals don't look like LEDs, only the brake lights.

It says Spec-D on the listing which is a pretty decent brand name for led tail lights. But this isn't even listed on their website.

I actually think they look way better than the stock lights....wondering though, what happens with reverse light? Maybe these fix the 1 reverse light for us '11s. But I don't see what on this light would function as reverse light, anybody got an idea cause I wouldn't mind springing for these.....super dope imo.

I'm not about to pay $228 for tails though. But DEFINETLEY a step in the right direction! hopefully competitors will enter the market and the price will drop significantly

 

Ah there it is:

"Will only fit from production dates in between: Aug 2010 - July 2011"

Which means it most likely only has 1 reverse light on the left side. But that section is hidden from the pictures posted on eBay.

EDIT: just sent the seller an email to find out if they have one or two reverse lights...... rosses fingers: come on 2!!!

 

While I love that there are finally some alternate taillights for our cars, I really think these are ugly. But hey, they're not for me. I just wanna see some ones like I had on my old car. Maybe soon?

 

well i got an answer back but i guess i was not clear enough when i asked...because that wasnt the answer i was looking for.

here is what i asked:

on the 2011 model of the TC it only had one reverse light, do these after market tail lights follow suite of the OEM lights or does each one have an individual reverse light like the new 2012 models?
