Default HID's flickering problem!!

I just put 6k HIDs an my 12 tc, and I've noticed that they flicker while I drive and on park. I got them from a local shop so I called them and they recommended me to instal a relay kit for a direct connect to the battery, and I did but they still flicker. Any advice?

Both of them flicker? Sounds like it's probably just a POS kit. Our cars don't require relays. I ran a cheap DDM kit without relay for 2 years no problems no flickering.

Yea biglilsteve is right, our cars dont need relays and you probably have a P.O.S. kit. Those low quality kits tend to flicker a lot and they never ignite the bulbs to their full brightness. You might want to look into the Morimoto 3FIVE DPS kit. This HID kit comes with the relay and the correct H11 plugs.
You will notice a huge improvement in light output and quality compared to other NON BRAND HID kits.

Oh alright, probably right I just got a cheap kit. I might just return them and look into those. Hopefully they give me my money back

They just came in a box, and it was from a local shop but I just returned them because everyone said they weren't supposed to do that.

The ddm kit is cheap but people say shipping sucks. Im close to where I can go and pick them up from them so I can't say on that one.

The morimoto ones are great but cost a bit more but are worth it.

Do you plan to do a retro fit too?
