I've searched every manual (aside from the service manual which I don't have) as well as googled every which way I could think of to search it.
I do see a metal colored 8mm screw that looks like a cog that MAY turn a headlight but it doesn't do anything.

Please tell me you don't have to take the bumper off to adjust headlights...
