Yeah there's a bit of a gap. Idk if water will be an issue or not

i can vouch for "the other one" (the HIC version). If the window is open, the water that rolls down will miss the interior part of the door. of course if the rain is crazy hard then it will get everywhere regardless, i'm assuming ur talking about light drizzles or even when the roof has a lot of early morning dew.

Just get which ever one you like more. They will do the same thing. The ones Justin has been testing are just stickon. I do have to say they are the nicest looking stickon I've seen. I love my in channels though
