are there any motor mounts for my 2012 tc2 turbo that will not have a ridiculous amount of vibration such as the current TS one i have? its really annoying and i doubt ill get used to it. any tips?
You've got to understand the function of a motor mount before asking a question like this.
The stock motor mounts are soft, meaning that they allow the engine to move around on it's own without transmitting any of that movement to your car's chassis. The rubber absorbs the vibration, instead of transmitting it. This is great for driver comfort, but you obviously lose the direct feel and responsiveness that you'd get if your engine were bolted directly to your chassis and held firmly in place.
Aftermarket polyurethane mounts are more rigid, so they hold the engine in place by more firmly connecting it to the chassis. This gives you that nice direct feel and responsiveness, but you FEEL everything the engine is doing. You can't have the best of both worlds.
Only thing I can suggest is going with the GGP motor mount. It comes with two polyurethane bushings that each have different rigidity. One is very rigid, and the other is not quite as rigid, but still more rigid than stock. They can be swapped out whenever you want. You may see a difference there with the softer option. But you'll also lose some of the responsiveness that you currently have with your TS mount.

If it's an auto, you will notice much more vibration with an aftermarket mount. If it's a standard, you more than likely won't notice much vibration unless you are sitting at a standstill with the a/c on.
I run the GGP mount myself, and after my 5 speed swap, I barely notice it (vibration wise). Before the 5 speed, the vibration was a bit out of control.

If you still want the GGP, I'll sell you mine for $70 shipped to Lincolnwood, IL. I'm in STL. I have a 6MT and it's not bad at all without the A/C on, but with the A/C on you will feel the vibes since it will idle up and down.

Bump because i have another question. Are there are any other mounts such as the rear engine mount? Im doing polyurethane swap on a stock mount but id rather have a legit aftermarket on. Any links or suggestions?? Gettin my car tuned in a few weeks and i want the engine to stay still with the exception of a little bit of.movement, very little at that.
