Consult your local authorities. No idea. It's a different country.

Aparently from what I've found the cat has to be epa certified. That's about the only law I've found for canada lol.

Don't quote me on this but as far as I understand as long as it has a cat and can pass air care(if required)it is legal. I'll try to find some more solid information for you.

For bc as long as it passes emission tests (that got shut down years ago) you are legal. Each province has their own motor vehicle act so without knowing where you are from I can't say much more.

Sounds like here in the states. Each state is different.

Heres a link with some info for Ontario. I'm pretty sure its just this test as far as emissions go: http://www.ontario.ca/environment-an...ive-clean-test

Here in NS during every safety inspection they do a visual check to ensure the car has a cat along with and obdii scan to ensure there no emission codes. It might be worth checking to see if they do something similar in Ontario as well. The Dezod green would likely pass here as thered be no code and the tech would see a cat so he wouldn't really even know for sure it was modified. If he felt like being a dick I'm sure thered be an argument to fail the car just because its modified though.

Ya ill never need a safety anyways my cars brand new so I won't need e test for at least 5 years. I can just keep the stock and throw it back on when I sell it. I'm sure if there's a cat it won't matter anyways. I'll have 2 actually because I'm on planning on going axle back exhaust. My main concern was if I got pulled over.

If you get pulled over they are simply going to check that the car meets those same requirements. If it would pass the inspection then it is legal.

Hello Paul
I received the headers they look great, when I went to install them today, I noticed that I did not receive the spring bolts that were supposed to come with, as stated on your site. I went to try and get some new ones from a autoparts store but they dont really fit either...
Thank you in advance!

So quick question, if I order this header, I wont need an ECU flash? I was todl by a few people that with some of the other headers (weapon-r) you need an ECU flash to run. Any assistance would be nice.

So much bad info on the web. There is no such thing as a toyota ecu reflash. The part is complete bolt on and the car will adjust itself for the part.
