Is the install on this pretty simple and straightforward? Ive never installed a header before, but it doesn't seem like there would be much to it

 

Pretty simple. 5 head bolts, two spring loaded bolts below and a few heat shield bolts.

I have this header already, and I can honestly say I'm impressed by the quality of the build. Such a solid product. There's pics of the welds and mounting on their website's group buy page, I believe, as well as on SL. 400 miles on on mine..works like a champ! NO CELs to deal with either!!!

Sounds amazing and the power gains aren't anything to complain about either

Who makes a good header and down pipe for 12 xb?

 

that exposed hole between heads 2-3 its going to cause a CEL it did it on my weapon r header

 

I haven't had any CELs...when should I expect this to happen? I'd think that after almost 500 miles, it'd have happened by now...

 

Pretty sure your weapon r threw a CEL due to the removal of a cat.

 

If it hasn't happened by 50-250 miles, you're in the clear.

Ok, so I got some clips put together to compare the stock (RS 7.0) vs the Dezod header (in my 2011). There's also a clip or 2 of me taking off (being gentle on the speed as I was in a residential area). Added a couple fresh pics and the dyno chart as well. The video was way cooler when I added music to it at points, but YouTube wouldn't let me have the video up in the USA with what I had..lame.

Sorry for the sketchy editing. This is the first time I've ever edited video, so it was all new to me. I think I did well at notifying the view when each person's car is making noise, so that should help.
