Default Engine Swap 2GR-FE vs. 2AZ-FE for tC2

So threw a rod in my 2AR-FE. I know if my warranty doesn't cover me, I'm going to put in an engine myself. How hard would it be to put in a 2GR-FE from a camry or a venza into the tC2? Or a 2AZ-FE? I'm just curious to see what my options are here. My car is a manual so I guess I'd have to do an auto-manual swap if needed be.

Why not just go with another 2AR? Installing a 2GR is going to make the car even more nose heavy than it already is and involve a ton of work and money. Don't know why you'd want to go backwards with a 2AZ.
