Default Header issue

I installed a CNT racing header for the 2014 Scion TC with the cel eliminator. I even disconnected the battery and driving it for a while the check engine light came on. I even have a cel eliminator for the stock S-pipe. I even have a custom 2.5 inch exhaust with a CNT axle back muffler. How can I make the engine engine go away? Should I install a high flow cat? I even have a Injen cold air intake.

First thing is to find out what the CEL code is. If it's for the cat (P0420 I believe), then the CEL eliminator isn't working. You prolly have to space the 2nd O2 sensor further out. The CAI may also be causing the CEL. On the tc1, there were many that caused a CEL due to the MAF being out of range (cause of difference in pipe diameter).

I got a code P2195. It says low voltage during power enrichment. Its for bank 1 sensor 1. I may have to remove the L-shape adapter on the O2 sensor for the header.

I got this code P0420. I removed the adapter for on the header and plug the o2 sensor directly. The adpater is on the second o2 sensor where the s pipe is.
