Ok everyone, traded in my gli and got a 2015 Scion tC. Now I know I will be the new guy here but couple mod questions. Trd lowering springs and muffler/exhaust good way to go? Or what do you recommend also intake. Where do I start who's the best to use?

I appreciate the help not sure where to start since switching from turbo german to the tc I've always wanted.

Congrats on the Switch! I have read a review of the TRD Lowering Springs from Autoguide.com when they compared the tC to the Hyundai Veloster. They only had positive things to say about it. The TRD Exhaust sounds Fantastic, not "ricer" ish in any way, gives it a nice deep sound.

I used to work for VW for a while, Great cars, but what a nightmare to work on, and pretty expensive maintenance.

you'll see soon, the tC is a very easy car to work on compared to the average VW.

Welcome to the club!

Oh so true. I used to help a friend work on his Jetta turbo. I hated it so much I swore I would never buy a VW.
