NonStopTuning Costumer Service complaint
I ordered a pulley from NST Last year around christmas time.
It was stated "special order" so i understand it might take a while After 1 month I heard nothing from NST. I decided to email them. Emailed them 3 emails later (info@NonStopTuning.com), still no response Then I called them continuous for 3 months with different numbers (281-917-0221 Monday - Friday 12pm - 6pm CST), no response And then I decided to post on their FB Group to file a complaint as well as request status of my order (https://www.facebook.com/NonStopTuningUSA), they blocked my ability to post on their fb ever again. Product didn't arrive until June, that was AFTER I sold my car. I tried to contact them for product returns, again, no response. |

You'd be better off doing business with Agency instead if you decide to upgrade your pulleys on your next vehicle. I wish you the best of luck hearing back from them, but realistically, you may potentially have to keep calling them every hour and e-mailing them repeatedly before someone gets back to you. You're not the only one who hasn't heard from them in months when you made an order... |

NST is a local company to me and I see them at shows and stuff all the time, they make it seem like they're great when you talk to a rep in person but after hearing all these horror stories I would never buy from them.
Maybe it's having a tent, a nice FRS and some hot chicks for reps that is keeping them in business. |

I don't doubt in their parts,
the fact their customer service sucks, last time I ordered took them 6 months to deliver, and had no response from them at all. I thought they "took my money and ran" |
It's so much easier just to go with Agency... In my opinion it's a better choice.... I ordered mine almost a year ago, received it within 2 weeks, and installed it the day I got it an haven't had any issues....

To revive a dead thread. I Ordered the 65mm s/c pulley and belt last thursday. Took them 4 days to get back to me on tracking... but turns out they have none in stock so have to make one. But they did tell me two weeks at most.... So we'll see if they're all that bad. They sure don't like to answer phone calls though.

I'm just curious why you guys didn't contact your credit card and do a charge back instead of waiting for so long.

I have a 60 day period to do so through my bank. So if I don't have my pulley and belt by April 7th I'll cancel the payment.

i had the same issue..after 2 almost 2 months i decided 1 day when i was cooking to spam their email in between breaks and finally got a physical legal documented return form..noly then was it confirmed iw as issued a return..they are horrible people to deal with
i then went to agency power, got my pulley, got confiormation, got emailed, got replys, and recieved it in a week..now running it i love the thing to death and wish i never had to deal w nst..i should go to BBB amnd rip them a new one |

Its been forever since I've posted on here but, ill make a special exemption for this crappy company. I order the pulley nearly 2years ago and never received it or my refund. Same as stated above I emailed them, called, and PM through this site. No contact after they took my money! I'm still so angry and bitter with them NEVER do business with them. Though business would imply mutual services are rendered. After all the contact I've initiated with them I saw this in my mailbox today
Chris, I apologize for the delay. We don't check the forum PMs very often. Refund status, etc. needs to be handled through email, not on the forums. Please refrain from posting the forums with regard to order status. Thank you. Its great they replied to this and tried to get me to "watch" what I post. I have the all the emails I've sent to them through the months if anyone is curious. Who knows maybe if they see this ill finally get an answer? Unreala |
