Most likely the lifters. I have the same thing, it only lasts for a brief two seconds and goes away. It is normal.

I want to say there was a recent thread about this, and the best answer was that "Its Normal..".
I suppose the only way you can show the dealership is record it, or leave your car at the dealer overnight on a cold night lol.

Not really. Lexus has this issue too, the tolerances are rather high from factory so you get this noise on start up, once oil pressure is built up (2 seconds), it goes away.

The dealer will say it is normal because it is Normal. My mom's 2010 RAV4 does this, my dads 2011 Venza V6 does this, his 03' RAV4 does this, my old 89' Honda did it (no lifters). My 95' BMW had it bad but went away in 2 seconds.

But will this sound go away someday or will it continue all the time I start up my car for all this years that will come?

It is not something that will go away, and it is not something to worry about. You can bring it to the dealer and they will tell you don't worry about it.
