lol...traffic did suck!
BUT...
she's a total BEAST! I was shocked after driving it! Really smooth & fast as ____!!!
After a few pulls we started slipping the OEM clutch but the best a saw was 333WHP @ 302TQ at 8-9psi after minimal tuning.
More video's & more details coming tomorrow!
For now... the DYNO SHEET:

well.. this would explain it... bottom line... i want to see a stock whp number on this church's dyno for the stock tc...because apparently it read more than 20hp extra. no 2az will see 200whp without built engine or blower
you lucky if you see 160-170 ish whp on 2az
its not like i did millions of dyno runs but this is the very first time i have heard anything like this... 20whp extra above the bhp... on an oversized economy engine..
put this on a regular dyno and i will be surprised even if this R engine only loses 10 hp to the wheels.

yeppp.... there is nothing wrong with that. nice setup good numbers for the 2az

exactly at least i'm with you...
some people don't understand that dynapack dynos are more consistant and realiable which is why TOP tuners use them. Air pressure, size wheels, size tires, weight of wheels... all will cause different numbers.
I can have two of the same vehicles, both stock except for wheels and have different numbers on a roller dyno. If you want to know what a specific vehicle gains over stock, find out what that car does in stock form on that dyno.
I don't need to brag about how I make XXXhp / XXXtorque because after being tuned it tells me how much I gained from my mods vs previous tune/dyno and that's what I'm mostly interested in.
For example: This tC being tested stock vs turbo. Look at the gains... k i'm done

^lol, no need to get defensive, your right, i have no hard evidence, but there have been other dynos done that better reflect the true numbers, ill leave it at that, toyota wouldnt purposely lie about HP numbers for no damm reason, lmao

Sure Toyota would. For insurance purposes and at the numbers they put out competes agaist certain cars they want to put the tC agaist. With more power they would go against cars they didn't want to.
And sure there are other dynos out there but this is the one they used. And I'm not being defensive I just can't stand people bashing something when they have no real proof to support their argument. Honestly it's childish.
Oh and it's not really lying about the numbers. They just underrated it. Companies do it all the time.

We will just have to wait til more people dyno their tc2's
when you have a sea of 150-160 dyno numbers and 2-3 200+ dynos.. who will you believe?
time will tell, you still with your belief, we will stick with ours.

Underrated or not the numbers don't lie...this is the DATA we got from that specific dyno facility after running 2 totally different tC2's. After 6 pulls a piece the average between the 2 was 198whp & 197tq...once again, keep in mind this is performed 20ft above sea level...less that 1 mile from the pacific coast!

^im not saying that the numbers you got on the dyno are wrong, its a dyno, its a measuring guide, what i am saying is that the new tc2 motor does not come with 230 "engine" horsepower, its just not possible based on the engine specs/redline/compression ratio. Its just not there.
