Default PTUNING: Looking for all turbo tC2 (FREE Dyno Pulls)

PTUNING is looking for any local turbo tC2 running bolt-on turbo kits.

We want to make a log on HP and TQ for the various bolt-on turbo kits currently on the market for the tC2.

So, if you own a turbo tC2 with a bolt-on turbo kit and you can make it to our facility here in Nothern Viriginia, we will offer you a FREE dyno pulls session.

Once we gathered this information, we will post it so that customer who wish to turbo their tC2 can make educate decision based on performance vs pricing.

Please PM me to schedule your free dyno pulls session.

Best Regards,
Mike @ PTUNING

Add (free dyno pull) in your title…I think that will attract more attention. Just a suggestion.

Great idea! Thanks for doing this. Always nice to have a baseline of what different setups actually give you!

Hopefully, we can locate a few turbo tC2.
Please past the words on to the tC2 community.

Thanks,

Actually most TC2 owners are pretty mature. Perhaps in the 1st gen TC i'd expect the one or two bad apples from the ignorant people buying a used car and expecting it to be a super car, but most people in the TC2 community are cool and down to earth

We sure hope not. But again, you just never know.

Dang, no one has come forward? I do intend to turbo my tC2 someday and it really is a tough choice between the top 2 (PTuning and Descendant, at least in my opinion). I haven't purchased anything major from either company but both really pay a lot of attention to detail.

On another note, how much work needs to be done on the motor if I want to pull a little more than 8 PSI out of a turbo reliably. I know ZeroEyeque tested the limits of a factory motor, but what exactly needs to be done. I'm a noob to this whole turbo thing even though I've been in the scene since the 90's. But I will admit that i was never into serious building since I was more of a street level tuner which has a completely different meaning today than a decade ago. Man i miss the good old days of the import scene.
