My driver side door lock motor no longer works. Already ordered another one and its on the way. Anyone swap one of these out before? Difficult to do?

 

I've done 2 on my 2012 xB. Both up front. It's not a lot of fun. You have to thread a rod to the bottom of the actuator without much visual aid, which means by touch and feel.

 

I've replaced both of the front actuators on my xB. Now, I have one to do in the back, right side. It's a little different because the slide for the window is in the way. I removed the lower bolt to the slide but appears I need to remove the upper bolt also. Don't want to get in a mess and do the wrong thing. Is there anyone out there who has done this before that give me a hand? There are 0 videos out there in Lala land to help.
