Power wire for Heated Leather Seats..
Hi, I just bought a 2015 Scion tC and the heated seats don't work.
I found the fuses for them in the drivers side kick panel but the wire after the fuses must of got pulled out somehow and is not hooked to anything.
Can someone please tell me where this wire should go?

I'd call the person or place you bought it from and tell them you weren't advised that some of your electrical wiring is compromised. Ask if they'll cover the cost of repair.
If you don't get any relief from the seller and you wish to work on it yourself, you'll need to find out whether the heated seats are factory or aftermarket. Then you'll (likely) need the factory and or aftermarket wiring diagram(s).
In the interim, you might want to insulate that bare lug so it doesn't short its circuit and or other(s).

^^ agree with contacting the seller.
I didnt realize heated seats were an option until I looked them up.
Looking at the picture you posted, I'd say those heaters are aftermarket. OEM seat heaters use 10A fuses located in positions 19 and 21 of the under dash fuse panel.
I'd recommend starting out by checking for voltage at the fuse. Pull the switches and trace the wires out from there. The power should go from the source to under the seat, and the switch should be fed from under the seat.
