Default Roof partial removal help

While trying to change my front dome lights to LEDs i was messing with the blue thing that holds the bulb. By accident i managed to get it behind the entire plastic part that holds the dome light and the sunroof switch. I tried to fish it out with a clothes hangar from edge on the sunroof side, but i cant get to it. Does anyone know how to get that part down enough so i can get to the bulb holder and put it back in?

Pull straight down on the assembly, its held in by 4 plastic clips at each edge. It's tough, but it won't break. Just pull it and be careful not to yank any wires loose. Then you'll be able to get the little piece in there. Happened to me when I did it. Lol I twisted instead of pulled

Ok thanks, i tried tugging on it a bit, but it seemed pretty secure. Ill pull down on it, but if anything breaks you have to pay to replace it.

the clips are located on all 4 corners of the platic trim piece. What I did was carefully push my finger between the headliner and the plastic and pull on each corner. Granted, I didn't push any light sockets through, I had to install a GPS sensor
