okay, so those of you who did what my title says, did you guys have a white/clear or orange plastic cover/face thing. Mine already has an orange tint behind it, and i'm guessing it will effect the color even after i swap out the LED. sooooo i don't know why some people have white/clear ones and why do i have an orange one? is there something i can do to make it white/clear or to buy one somewhere?

see, his is white/clear. i don't feel like taking mine out again but its ORANGE!

 

Mines a 13 and yes mine has the tint film. Sucks, I thought about ordering a 11 model guage face but I'm gonna have a new one custom made instead to the colors I want.

 

Member LEDmod makes custom guage faces. Getting mine done in future.

 

OH, so only 13 models have that stupid orange tint? and does LEDmod still make custom gauge faces for 2gen model? i haven't seen any.

 

He will make you a new one without the tint. I checked into it, just haven't had time.

 

Oh I see. Someone pm me and said that I could use nail polish or something and I could remove the tint in the back. I haven't tried it but what do you think?

 

We have the template for the tC2 so we can make the gauge face without the orange..
Or you can go with custom designs..
