Will bespoke HU work in 2011 scion tc?

Will bespoke HU work in 2011 scion tc?
I have a 2011 tc and my buddy has a 2013 and he no longer wants his bespoke HU. I am curious if I can just swap the bespoke HU with the one in my 2011? Do they use the same harness? any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
