Have you check out this video?
Even though it's for a 2013 FR-S it's Highly Informative by Spec-D for their fog lights and nearly 13 mins. long w/ Step-by-Step.
Use their Information and Adapt it for your 2011 tC.

Its very simple easy. To installs the fog and bezels, search for the original diy. For the wiring of aftermarket here is how i did mine.
Spec d is ____ed up, my kit came with 3 red 1 black wires. But its supposed to be 2red/2black.
I dont remember which one, but one from the 2 red wires '' in the engine bay '' is a ground!
Remove air filter so you can access firewall. Cut a hole from inside and outside '' kind of hard, a used a screw driver and pushed the hell of out it. If you use a knife, your gonna break it and probly cut wires.
Locate the big fat grey wire '' ignition '' and splice the interior red wire '' the one that came with the kit '' into the grey one. By doing this, you need to have the turned on for your fogs to work. So no more worries and going to sleep and leaving fogs on.
The rest is plug and play. red into battery, black on ground '' inside and outside '' and the other red into the ignition wire '' big fat grey '' next to fuse box.
